"What a fantastic place to stay in lovely and fun Black Mountain. The cabin was spacious but also cozy, clean and extremely well furnished, everything we needed in the kitchen! We found great restaurants and gift shops along Cherry Street, and playground and fun for the kids at Robert Lake Park. John and Rachel were great hosts, very easy to communicate with! We hope to stay here again for any future trips to this great spot !:) "

"Suite 2 was very nice and large space. It was basic...no frills. Great location. Walking distances to downtown Black Mountain. Would have wished i had known that we would not have access to the front porch as some other suites. If we did have access , it was not communicated that I remember. Also would have been nice to have somewhere to hang our clothes up. All in all it was a nice place with a great location. Thanks!"

"Bear foot lodge in rumbling bald was a great place for our family to meet up with my mother in law and two nephews for a long weekend. The house is a fun cabin in the woods with a wonderful back deck. Rumbling bald has everything we could ask to keep a 4, two 7, and one 16 year old happily occupied. Great trip!"
