« My stay started as a cautious one, and quickly changed to a great one . Room was alot more then I anticipated, and staff- from manager Shawn down to the clerk's went well above and beyond for levels of service. Seen postings negative to site but believe me I've been here almost a month and found nothing bad. Florida is known for bugs of many sorts and glad to report had no issues, and they take extra precautions to keep everyone safe. I now snow bird and will be back again without a second...

« My husband and I stayed at this property for 2 weeks. The pictures were accurate. Below are my likes and suggestions:1 - Great location close to grocery store, restaurants, pet store, gas, etc. 2 - Plenty of parking. We were back late several nights and it was great to not have to worry about parking. 3 - The back balcony was roomy and a great place to unwind at the end of the day. You can see Disney fireworks in the distance at 9 each night. 4 - We didn't use the pool but there was one for the...

« I didn’t get a chance to use the pool, so I can’t rate that part, but everything else about our stay was wonderful! It was perfect for a quick family trip with our family of five (plus our pets). The space was clean, open, and comfortable, and Sandra was an excellent host, her check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow.The only minor issue we ran into was that the air conditioning didn’t quite cool the bedroom as much as the rest of the space. The living room and kitchen stayed nice and...

« The staff / management that ran the condo. Responsive and accommodating!! Very much so. Due to a flight cancelation, they worked with us in finding another condo that was available when we adjusted our travel dates. At no charge. To them we say thank you so much! The condo works well too. Is it the Ritz, no but it’s super clean, nice comfy beds, staff willing to help. Plus it’s really good value as we all know, they are reall my expensive nowadays. Overall, solid! The place just works for a stay...
