The fire pit was wonderful and the location was awesome. Lots of trails and only 15-20 mins away from everything. Tucked away in a quiet location right on a wetland, it’s a great escape from the day to day. The cottage is cute and cozy, with everything you need for your getaway. We loved the fresh farm eggs, and the ambience. Wildlife awaits each time you look out towards the wetlands, with a variety of birds as well as an orchestra of frogs come dusk. We're avid skiers, and having grown up away from bustling centers, I'm a rural gal and crave trees and silence. Heather Cottage is adorable and cozy. We loved the gabled bedroom and snuggly down duvet. Very efficient use of space which we value. Extra goodies for our anniversary and fresh eggs added to the delight of this cozy abode.
