It had all the amenities we needed and a comfortable bed. We cooked meals there and relaxed. We are kayakers. The lake can't be seen from the home but it is on a small lake, which for us we could kayak around within 30 minutes. We had our own kayaks so we found other larger lakes. We enjoyed a week of kayaking and hiking. There is a State Park and other nice areas to visit which have a lot of outdoor activities and picnic areas for lunch.
