The house has a maximum capacity of 20 people, but for your comfort, we have reduced it to 17 due to the lack of comfort in 2 of our rooms and one couch bed in the living room.  
  
Located in the nature between the trees on a private property, the house is ideal for a mountain vacation.  
Access to the lake is made immediately on the private road built just for you. You can reach the lake in 5 minutes.  
  
The house is located on a plot of 20 hectares, with forests. Ideal for hiking and nature walks.  
The clean air offers relaxation and countless health benefits.  
  
Perfect for lovers of hiking through the mountains, relaxation, sporting activities, swimming, fishing.  
Near the house there is a tennis court that can be used for several activities: Field tennis, football, and other sports.  
  
Inside the enclosure you can find a small wooden hut and an XXL barbecue.
