My wife is from the B/M area but did not know this particular neighborhood well. What a great location! Quiet with lots of space and beautiful trees all around. Only 10 mins from all of Bismarck and Mandan. Great food (The Pier) even closer! The house has a ton of space for kids and everyone to spread out. We only had six people but you could definately do more. Host was super helpful and the check in check out process was simple and straight forward. The home is located in a fabulous location. The neighborhood is beautiful! The home is a little older but they maintain it and decorate it well! The home owner or manager (whoever I communicated with) was exceptional. We had one small issue when we first checked in but she was quick to get back to me and take care of it! The only complaints I have are that it was hard to communicate with the host via the app and then when she did give me her phone number, on day of my checkout, she did not answer a questions in the morning and never did respond with any feedback. Inside by the front door there was a cobweb with a big black spider in it. Then the outside was very neglected with cob webs and huge barn spiders in them, the plants we all dead with weeds grown in, there was leaves everywhere and a lot of leaves on back deck with lots more webs and spiders caught in the webs. ##### Marla S.
