« Room was clean, little bit dated. We had a homeless person pounding on our door one evening asking for a ride and other things, and then someone pounding on our door at 1am. The front desk staff was never sitting up front, so this could have been avoided if someone was sitting at the front. Wouldn't stay here again. »

« You don’t want me telling other people about my experience at your hotel. After messed up reservations after messed up reservations, we got into room that the shower was full of hair and things were a portable air conditioner that didn’t keep the room cold or cool. I know you’re going to renovations, but I was very disappointed. »

« Great location but besides that, nothing was great. There was hardly ever anyone at the front desk. When I called in the evening, the phone was disconnected. Had to find linens myself. Room didn’t have either toilet paper or tissue upon checking in. Breakfast was not restocked so there was pretty much nothing to eat if you went down anytime later than opening time. There was no remote for our tv! It basically felt like I had to do the work of the employees. »

« For a Marriott property it was very bad. My sink was broke…the furniture was very dirty…I requested a top floor was didn’t receive one…a huge fly in my room…the fan was super loud in bathroom. The breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable though. »
