« We srayed at this property due to number of guests and proximity to the college. It was a great mix of old and new. This house was wonderfully appointed and everyone enjoyed their stay. The views were spectacular and we had everything we needed and more. It was unexpectedly remote, but once we got used to it, it was barely noticeable. We are even considering staying here again »

« Host was communicative and available for any questions. This place was what we needed, two people and a dog that is relatively barky. The seclusion is what we were looking for and we got it. « This house is huge and has lots of different indoor and outdoor gathering spaces so the kids and adults in our group of three families didn’t have to be on top of each other in one living space the whole time. Big firepit area and huge lawn were great, and we enjoyed the kayaks and canoe. There’s a place to buy fresh crabs, oysters, and shrimp very close by, and the house has everything you need for a crab night. The owner was incredibly responsive and kind. »

« An amazing family getaway. Laura was beyond wonderful and gracious. Laura took my family fishing and they cannot wait to do it again. People are friendly and wave as you pass them by. « My husband and I were looking for a peaceful getaway and we found it! Loved sitting on the Adirondack chairs on the dock, watching the water and the waterfowl, including the occasional eagle. Had hoped to kayak but the current was running a little too fast. A nicely-equipped kitchen and a VERY comfortable bed with reading lights in the upstairs bedroom of the main house. Comfortable couches with pretty good reading lights and a wonderful screened in porch. Spent a lot of time there, though...

« Our visit was brief... just two nights as we supported an athlete for the Eagleman triathlon June 2025. The house had absolutely everything one might need... very well stocked. Four bedrooms, each with its own mini-split AC was perfect! While we did not use the car EV charger or the backyard 'game shed', both are excellent details. « Our stay was so nice! The house had everything to make our vacation the most relaxing. Walking on the mini beach in the morning or at night or playing games on the comfy couch. It was tucked back at the end of a private road. We will definitely be staying here again! »
