Bishops Castle is charming and is in a textbook, beautifully English location. Nice pubs, book shops and indie cafes plus terrific mountain biking and hill walking within seconds of the property. The cottage is well equipped and comfortable with quality fixtures and fittings. Beautiful patio area with an abundance of colourful plants. Centrally located in the town but tucked away in a secluded quiet area. Lots of interesting books to read, just not sufficient time in our busy schedule. We chose not to take the car and arrived by local bus from Shrewsbury.As keen walkers we had a wonderful time exploring the area, never missed the car, so many fabulous walks from the doorstep.
