This ground-floor apartment was recently renovated and new beds arrived July of 2022\. There is lots of natural light, which heightens the beauty of the wood floors. Come stay and enjoy the mixture of classic Bishop design with a clean new look. \*Please note that these prices include the 14% bed tax. The space: This residence faces south towards open land, with amazing views. It is located on a quiet street downtown. This unit has beds for 4 people. For additional people, it will be $40 per person/per night. Guest access The entire downstairs unit is yours, including a spacious living room, two bedrooms (they are small), and some indoor space perfect for bikes, crashpads, climbing gear, or a pack and play! There is a big yard, with chairs and a table to use while you BBQ or just want to enjoy the evenings outside. Other things to note: The property is walking distance to restaurants and shops. There is also an amazing walking trail and the canal just a two-minute walk down the street. Bishop is also a great place to stay if you want to ski at Mammoth, but don't want to deal with the crowds and snow. We also weren’t provided much toilet paper and ran out during our stay. Finally, on our last morning, there were some workers out at the property working outside and in the apartment above us.
