Spar supermarked og restauranter tæt på. Mubarak er god og Istanbul restaurant skulle også være god, men vi nåede ikke at besøge den. »

« This is the best hotel for travelling with your pet. Staff is very polite and cooperative, we were met as if we were the most wanted guests. The room was small with a big bed, cozy, clean. The hotel is situated in the calm place, not on the road, therefore we had a good sleep with open windows. We spent 2 days in Bishkek, had a good rest and were very happy with the hotel we chose. »

"I had booked a double room for two nights, paying a higher rate than for a twin room. However, upon arrival, I was given a twin room and informed that no double rooms were available. One staff member was helpful and tried to assist (he also acted as a translator), but the manager was in a bad mood/frustrated and unwilling to refund the price difference. Based on this poor customer experience, I would not recommend the hotel and go in one that cares more about their customers. "
