### Charming Renovated Home in Biscarrosse - AC, Sleeps 6, Near Lake & Beach, Cleaning Included

On shared land, we offer you a pretty renovated 90m² house in Biscarrosse Bourg that can accommodate up to 6 people. The location is ideal for a stay of a week or more with family or friends because you can go on foot or by bike to the center of Biscarrosse to go to the market or drink a coffee on the terrace, you have almost immediate access to the cycle paths which take you to Lake Biscarrosse for boating and paddle boarding or for the more sporty, to the beach to take surfing lessons, enjoy the sunsets and our restaurants with your feet in the sand . The house consists of an entrance / pantry, a living room / living room to enjoy your meals with TV corner and WIFI. A fitted kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker...Three bedrooms (two of which have a 140cm bed with storage and one bedroom with two 90cm beds with storage). Two bathrooms are at your disposal and a separate toilet. On the exterior side, a garden with garden furniture which surrounds the house to take advantage of the sunny days. Two parking spaces are available in front of the property. A sunny vacation is waiting for you!  
  
ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Sheets: from €20/bed per week, bath kit: from €15/person per week, baby chair/cot: €10/week.

A stone's throw from the Dune du Pyla, at the gates of the wide Landes Ocean beaches, you can choose to take advantage of the 220 km of cycle paths, discover the Basin by boat, practice or learn to surf, fly over the Dune in a paraglider, multiply the golf courses, all while tasting the wines and oysters of the region.  
It's up to you to build your program, according to your desires and your days. There is no doubt that the richness of the region, its natural environment and the diversity of possible activities will contribute to the success of your next vacation.
