Elle est bien équipée, refaite récemment... extrêmement bien située car à proximité du lac et à 15 mns en voiture des plages de Biscarrosse. Le jardin n'est effectivement pas très grand mais c'était tout à fait suffisant pour nous. De plus, le propriétaire a été très accueillant...
