We enjoyed hiking the trail behind the home early in the morning and curling up with a book in front of the hard wood burning adobe fireplace in the master bedroom in the evening. The house is lovingly appointed with every modern convenience, a fully stocked kitchen, and lovely antiques, accessories, and artwork in every corner. My only regret was not being able to stay longer. Aaron was the consummate host and was responsive to every communication and the on-site caretaker, Too Tall, attended to all our needs. This is on a long, gravel road and really is secluded, so bring your flashlights because there are no street lights. It’s very clean and decorated with what looks to be local art and it’s spacious. I took myself my husband, my parents and my two children plus our dog and there was plenty of room. We got snowed in one night and we were able to use the entire kitchen and just popped it all in the dishwasher. It’s about five to seven minutes from Bisbee. Was able to get a hold of the owner really easily. The only possible downside is that the big claw tub didn’t put out hot water but everywhere else put out nice hot water so it was fine.
