We loved the location and proximity to restaurants and businesses. Sadly the condo is rather dated, particularly in the kitchen where the cabinets and appliances appear to be from the 1970's. Light bulb missing in the light over the bathroom and the light over the kitchen sink should be replaced. The yard coming into the condo has weeds and is rutted and overgrown. The steps going up to the front door are most likely from the 70's as well. They look pretty bad and possibly a safety concern. The paint and drywall in the bathroom ceiling over the shower is flaking off. These are all relatively easy fixes that would make this a 5 star visit. ##### Bob S.
