It was clean when we arrived and the perfect size for my family of 6\. What I did not like was the rough area, bugs everywhere outside, bugs in the inside including roaches and ants you will see roach traps all through the house we kilt two of them not trying to take them home, the shower water don’t get hot and you will have chores to do. I don’t want to pay a lot of money for a night or two too clean /take out trash when I pay for cleaning.
