Our host was very responsive from the time we booked through our entire stay. Parking and access to the property was very convenient however it is part of 3rd party owned parking lot that has no lighting at night. The reason for the lower rating on this property was the lack of cleanliness and condition of bed linens & pillows as well as the overall condition of the property for the nightly rate we were paying. I will note that the host was quick to respond to our cleanliness concern and did try to compensate for the inconvenience. ##### Chris and Jennifer B.
