Summary:  
This modern and spacious one-bedroom apartment is conveniently situated close to both Birmingham and Solihull, and is part of a quiet development. Accommodating up to two guests, the apartment features a fully equipped kitchen and open-plan living area, an expansive roof terrace, a modern family bathroom, and complimentary amenities for a comfortable stay. High-speed broadband is available throughout.  
  
The Space:  
The stunning interior has been thoughtfully designed to a high standard, offering comfortable furnishings, modern fixtures, and ample space for up to two guests. The large open-plan living area includes a contemporary, fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare home-cooked meals, a sofa, an armchair, and a smart TV. There are large windows throughout, bathing the space in natural light, and glass doors open out to the huge private roof terrace, offering views across the rooftops. The spacious double bedroom features a comfortable bed dressed in crisp hotel-quality linen, along with storage for your belongings. High-speed broadband is available throughout the apartment. The modern family bathroom boasts a shower over the bathtub, along with complimentary toiletries and soft, fluffy towels for your convenience.

The Neighborhood:  
Situated in the Sheldon area of Birmingham, a slightly quieter neighbourhood, but still within easy reach of the city - the best of both worlds! Birmingham centre can be reached in around 20 minutes by car or bus. There's an array of shops, restaurants and bars all on your doorstep, with a large Tesco supermarket just opposite the property and a large retail park just 5 minutes away. Sheldon park is just 2 minutes from the apartment, perfect for a morning stroll. Solihull is also just a 15 minute drive away or 30 minute bus  
  
Getting Around:  
There are a number of shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance of the property, and there is a Tesco just opposite. Central Birmingham can be reached within 20 minutes by car or on the X2 bus. Solihull can also be reached on the X2 bus in 20 minutes, or a 15 minute drive.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable.
