While the surrounding area may have a lived-in feel and the entrance is accessed through an alley, the home itself is on a large lot, very thoughtfully designed, comfortable, serene, and private. Every detail was created with balance and a nautical feel. This stylish space will soothe your soul, spark joy for you and your loved ones, and leave lasting memories. Gather in the family room with our 65" TV for cozy movie nights, your choice of streaming and Xumo cable. Spend the afternoon in the creative lounge designed with unique vintage wall art and complete with a daybed, designated desk/work area, and fun filled activities like: karaoke, board games, cards, coloring, sketching, binoculars for site seeing, and an easel for painting! Outdoors, embrace the simple pleasures and cast a line with the fishing poles provided, kids can play soccer, throw the football, cruise on scooters, and the family can play corn hole.
