The Luxury apartment is in a historic Grade II listed building in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter. It's modern minimalist decor but remains cosy and full of character. THE APARTMENT LAYOUT & STYLING MAY DIFFER SLIGHTLY FROM THE PHOTOS This beautiful apartment has been finished to a high standard and features comfortable furnishings, modern fixtures, and fittings. The open plan living area comprises a modern, fully equipped kitchen with all the essential cooking amenities, including a Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine. In addition, it comes with a fridge-freezer, microwave, hob cooker, oven, integrated dishwasher and a washer-dryer machine. The bedroom features storage space and a comfy bed of Cotton white linen. The modern bathroom features towels, shaving sockets and complimentary toiletries. The lounge and master bedroom are equipped with Smart TVs supporting all your favourite streaming services and our high-speed WIFI to keep you. The Jewellery Quarter is an industry hub, home to more than 100 retailers, diamond dealers, and workshops, as well as the Museum of the Jewellery Quarter, with a preserved 1980s workshop. The area is vibrant and has many Restaurants, Coffee shops, Pubs and Bars for you to enjoy. You are within walking distance of Birmingham City Centre. A six-minute walk to the train station, car park, local amenities, Tesco Express convenience store, ATM and Pharmacy. Street parking on Sunday and after 6 pm until 8 am Mon-Sat. Age restriction - Lead guest minimum age 21 A DAMAGE SECURITY DEPOSIT of £200 is required per Apartment. Before arrival, all guests must provide a photo ID (e.g., driving license or passport). If you don't provide identification, the booking will be cancelled. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding identification and accessing the property. Your comfort, health and safety are our top concerns. Therefore, this property has Security cameras on entrances and walkways. Please respect the neighbouring properties. No Pets Smoking or vaping, using Laughing Gas or balloons in the apartments, out of windows, or in the courtyard, and using candles are not allowed. This will result in all guests' eviction, no refund, and loss of Security Deposit. No dirty shoes on carpets or rugs If the Apartment is left excessively dirty or requires more than a standard cleaning, an additional £60 will be charged. Damage or soiled linen or rugs will be charged accordingly. PLEASE BE AWARE FAKE TAN AND HEAVY MAKEUP DAMAGE THE LINENS AND TOWELS, AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDINGLY. Any damage to the Apartment or items within the Apartment will be deducted from the security deposit. Any items missing from the Apartment will be deducted from the security deposit. The lead guest will be liable for additional costs if the damage caused or missing items exceed the security deposit value. Please note that Apartments decorated by guests (including the use of any confetti) will carry a professional cleaning services charge of £250.00 per Apartment per stay. Confetti of all kinds are not permitted throughout the Aparthotel. Violating house rules, disturbing other guests, or being abusive to our Team will result in all guests' eviction and no refund for the reservation or security deposit.
