Check-in was not convenient at all and the number to contact the host went straight to voicemail when I tried calling because we couldn't find the code to get in. The "modern" loft needs upkeep - looked and felt dirty. One of the "clean" towels was wet. The mattresses and pillows were very uncomfortable.
