Set high in a modern building, this bright 3-bedroom, 2-bath apartment combines style 1 King bed and 2 Queens, comfort, and unbeatable skyline views. Expansive windows fill the space with natural light, creating an open and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive.  
  
✨ Before You Book: The building is updating the lobby and some common areas. Work is light and won’t affect your unit, but you may notice activity during your stay. We’ve already lowered our nightly rate to reflect this—your comfort and experience remain our top priority.

 🚗 Parking: Please note—onsite parking is not provided. Paid metered street parking is available nearby.

To make check-in seamless and secure, all guests are required to complete a quick verification through Enso Connect, a trusted third-party platform partnered with Airbnb. You’ll receive an email or text from Enso Connect with simple instructions to finalize the process.  
  
To protect both guests and our home, a mandatory option from a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $300 refundable security deposit. Deposits are a hold only, and funds are automatically released after your stay if no damage or rule violations occur.
