\-Parties or Events are not allowed. If guests are found to have had a party, which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for an extra cleaning charge of £100 and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund.  
  
\-NO SMOKING! NO VAPING! £200 fee will incur if there is a smoke odor in the unit.  
  
\-No loud disturbances, and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the unit without a refund.  
  
\-No additional guests on the property except for those declared on your reservation. Only registered guest/s are allowed in the unit. You're welcome to have visitors, as long as they don’t stay overnight.  
  
Check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM.   
  
Please note, that after the booking, you must complete the pre-check-in form in order to receive all check-in instructions and an ID/Passport is required for all adult guests.  
  
Please expect some changes with the color of the sofa, bedding, and bed frame but the size and the layout are the same, some furniture changed as we wanted to improve our apartment and for the guest liking.
