Selly Oak is a leafy suburb of Birmingham with shops and supermarkets, however conveniently close to Birmingham City Centre (15 minutes by car) There is also a local train station which is easily reachable. + The property comes fully furnished with a 1 bed setting, able to comfortably accommodate 2 guests. The design is modern, spacious and will provide you with the comfort you seek when being away from home. Additionally, we provide complimentary Netflix and WiFi, and the living room comes equipped with a 50” Smart TV for your convenience. With Haus, you will have access to your own fully equipped kitchen within the property, where you can enjoy home-cooked meals. Prior to your arrival: All guests must provide proof of Identification i.e passport, driver's licence, pay a refundable damage deposit fee of £100 & sign the Terms & Conditions. During your stay: 1\.
