They cancelled 2 of my 3 rooms at Home To Suites and failed to. I tidy us until week of my daughter’s college graduation. So we paid more to stay at the Hilton property. Front desk service very unfriendly. No room clean up service at all for the 3 rooms we reserved. Shower out of shampoo. Breakfast area very messy, trash cans overflowing, ran out of coffee creamer, cups, lids, etc. we will not be back.

The staff was nice and the hotel was clean. But, it was alot of noise outside from being downtown. It keep waking me and my 13 year old daughter up. I wanted to stay close to UAB hospital because my son is in the hospital.I will not stay here anymore.

Loud outside noise sounded like a dumpster and train carts hitting each other. The room seemed clean but the hallways were not , dead bugs on the floor, the elevator was nasty and the breakfast was not up to part.
