Easy parking which was £12 which is about as expected for inner city hotel parking. Slap bang on Broad Street with lots of pubs and curry houses nearby. Easy short walk to Utilita Arena. We stayed a Saturday night and despite being on the 15th floor the bass and vibration from the nightclub beneath the hotel was going strong at 1am. Breakfast had a good selection.

The property was in an excellent location with on site parking available. The staff were excellent, very helpful. Friendly and polite. Breakfast was excellent in fact the whole stay was excellent.

The staff were very polite but the room let the hotel down. The blackout curtain was only over one of the windows so one window just had a thin net/ blind.

The sofa bed was painful. It would have been more comfortable to sleep on a pile of broken glass. The room was dirty, the sink did not drain properly, the hvac system did not work, and there were no extra blankets or pillows for the sofa bed. While the overall stay was a very unpleasant, the hot chocolate at breakfast was good.

Need to have a better understanding of what risk assessment are. And have an understanding of litter children slipping in the showers. I have never had a hotel say they don't have bath/shower mats. My 3 yr old slipped in a shower and i has to chatch her. Very disappointed, please don't stay her if you have children.

Front house staff were polite and friendly; however, there was some hair on one of the towels, the shower did not feel clean, also some ventilation sound was not the most comforting when trying to sleep together with quite a firm mattress

I had a really lovely 1 night stay here with my 2 children. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. The breakfast selection was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again as the walk to the centre was also enjoyable.

The rooms were very small which in its self was not problematic, but the temperatures were set at 23 and the room was very hot on initial entry. I was able to turn the temp down to 16 but that setting lasted but for a few hours by which it was the middle of the night and I was sweltering with heat. The property was not well insulated for noise and I could hear those above fe me sneezing. Very very poor sleep. Breakfast area was over crowded, and with little natural ventilation it was very hot! Was not comfortable at all!

The hotel was fine. It did not pretend to be anything it wasn't. The room provided all that was needed without bells and whistles, and thankfully the noise from outside didn't penetrate the double glazing. Broad Street is not the most salubrious area on a Saturday night, so the location is not brilliant but it is close to the centre of town so it was convenient. Food was fast-food basically, but done well, and the breakfast was good. No complaints at all.

Making contact with the hotel was difficult so was finding it with local construction blocking the street to parking. Parking was also expensive and didnt really link to the time you use. It seems i was charged for two full days parking regardless of when i check in or out. The phone in my room also didnt work which made contact difficulty. N the shower plug was blocked meaning i had to limit my showers.

After finding out that my car wouldn't start a member of staff brought his car to give me a jump start. And daughter went to the arena for a concert. I was allowed to stay in the hotel and use their facilities at no expense while I waited for the concert to finish.every helpful staff
