The apartment has everything required for a comfortable stay in the heart of the city, including a fully equipped kitchen/open plan living area, 2 modern bathrooms with complimentary toiletries and towels, 2 comfortable double bedrooms and high speed Wifi throughout. The central location means you are within easy walking distance of the majority of attractions in the city. The Space: This lovely 2 bedroom apartment has been finished to a high standard and features comfortable furnishings, modern fixtures and fittings and plenty of room for up to 4 guests to enjoy a comfortable stay. The open plan living area comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a large sofa, armchair and a smart TV. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. There are 2 spacious double bedrooms, both featuring plenty of storage space for clothes, large windows and comfortable beds with crisp hotel linen. There are 2 modern bathrooms, both with showers (and one includes a bath) as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. Guest Access: Guests have sole access to the property. The Neighborhood: Located in the city centre amongst a modern and safe development, you have an array of shops, bars, restaurant and cafes right on your doorstep. The majority of the cities attractions are within walking distance, with the main Bullring Shopping Centre just a 10 minute walk away. Getting Around: Most points of interest in the city are within walking distance, but there are also a number of bus routes leaving from the road outside the property. Birmingham New Street Train station is a short bus or taxi ride away or a 10-15 minute walk.
