Dear Claire, we value honest and genuine feedback but in this case are disappointed you are giving a false and skewed review of your stay after receiving multiple calls and a voicemail from us regarding a missing blanket from your room last night. Apologies we cannot control noise from other guests, however this is the first time we are hearing any such feedback and we didn’t receive any other noise complaints from last night. Had you called or informed staff at the time, they would have been able to assist. Please return our blanket at your earliest convenience or respond to our voicemail.
