Taking advantage of these refreshments will result in a $100 fee. Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Extra guests will incur a $35 fee each. Minors: All guests under 18 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. This includes the use of any amenities. No Pets Allowed: A $200 fine will be applied for any violations. Late Checkouts: Unapproved late check-outs are charged $100 per hour past 10 AM. Bathroom: Flush toilet paper only. Do not flush sanitary items, wet wipes, paper towels, or diapers.
