Our Cosy house is stylish, spacious and in a peaceful environment. It's a safe place to relax for contractors, business travellers, and family, indeed you can have fun with the whole family at this stylish place.  
  
Welcome to our Cosy house in Walsall. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.  
  
As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.  
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.  
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.  
  
This house has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 7.  
In the first bedroom, you will find 2 single beds.  
In the next bedroom, there is a double bed.  
The third bedroom contains a double bed.  
  
There is 1 bathroom with sink, and 2 separate toilets, 1 toilet upstairs with sink and another toilet downstairs.  
  
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.  
  
House Rules:  
\- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am.  
\- Smoking is not allowed inside the property (there is a external area)   
\- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
