We only stayed one night on the way through town. The property was nice. My husband enjoyed the gym in the morning.

We booked two rooms with two queen sized beds. We were given two rooms with a king sized bed and a pull out couch instead. The matress of the pull out couch was small and uncomfortable. We were not offered any kind of compensation.

When I reserved my room I reserved 2 double beds. When I got there they claimed I only reserved a king bed, even though I had my itinerary. When I went to the lounge it took 20 mins for anyone to ask if I needed anything.

Room was dirty, stains on curtains, floors sticky from who knows what. Cost $25 a person for a breakfast buffet not including drink. Never stay at a Marriott again.

It’s a nice spot. A little ways from downtown, maybe 15 minutes. We felt safe here. Birmingham is getting a little sketchy.

The hotel was great; however, I was asked why I picked double beds and I stated it was cheaper. When I got up to my room, I had single bed and no microwave. I really needed a microwave in my room.

We were there for a LA Tech football game vs Liberty and we were welcomed with balloons and flags. Staff was exceptionally welcoming and property was very nice

Front desk was friendly and when the TV went out at 9:45pm during a football game - someone was at our door and had a new cable and remote installed in less than 15 minutes. Bar staff was great as well. Only complaint is the bed frame was broken.

I always stay in this location during my visits to Birmingham. The rooms are CLEAN, great housekeeping, staff are courteous and so many dining and shopping options nearby.

It was a beautiful hotel, staff were nice and accomodating. Only issue was pur toilet kept clogging up.
