The large living room has a sofa, multiple seating areas, and a smart TV where you can log in to your own streaming accounts. There’s also an HDMI hook-up for your laptop. The master bedroom is luxurious, with its one-of-a-kind, antique gold bed. It is a king and has an incredibly comfortable memory foam mattress and soft, breathable Comphy sheets, which promise the best sleep away from home you've ever had. The guest bedroom has two full-size beds, each with a memory foam mattress. The bathroom is spacious and spa-like with built-in cabinets for plenty of storage and an updated shower. The apartment also includes a washer/dryer in unit. Guest Access: Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment. The Neighborhood: Eden Brae is on Cliff Road, between the popular neighborhoods of Forest Park and Highland Park. While you are with us, be sure to venture out into the neighborhood. Just a few blocks away, you will find parks, restaurants, coffee, golf, and tennis! Highland Park Golf and Tennis Club is just a block away. Open to the public, it is very easy to play a round of golf or a game of tennis during your stay. With amazing course conditions and incredible views of the city skyline, the Highland Park golf course is beloved by locals and visitors alike. Play 9- or 18- holes or enjoy the driving range. Tee times are easy to book online, in person, or by phone. If tennis is your sport, you are in luck. The Highland Park Racquet Club is next door and easy to access. Clay courts and hard courts are available for single or doubles play. If you are in the mood for something more relaxed, the church around the corner has a beautiful public stone meditation path. Rushton Park, one of the three parks lining Highland Avenue, is just a couple of blocks away. A favorite among locals, it's a wonderful place to enjoy a pretty day. If you are traveling with kids, you will love Rushton Park's gated playground. Or, if you are in for something more active, try the park's basketball or volleyball court. Just outside the park, you will find a few popular local eateries. In the mood for a coffee or pastries, try O'Henry's. My 2 girls (5 & 3 yrs old) and baby boy (8 months old) loved the bedroom with 2 full beds. Having a pack and play for baby was great! Property was clean and outside yard with swings, corn hole game and fountains was pleasant and fun for kids to play. Nice area as well and very clean. Easy check in process too. So well appointed, no detail over looked. Great spot! Perfect for my dog and I. Took him on long walk up and around Redmond Park and along Cliff Road, so scenic. It was a perfect place to get some rest and relax. Our dogs also loved it. The property is so unique and is in a great area of Birmingham--so close to the city yet it feels far away. We stayed in Apt. 2 and it was so spacious. The kitchen is great and I loved the French Press. I followed the instructions provided and it was easier than I imagined. Also, the hot chocolate provided was excellent on a cold night sitting on the lovely front porch. The beds were super comfortable. We hope to return again. Thanks so much. ##### Mary B. We were pleasantly surprised at how large the property was - ours was Apt. 2\. It would be large enough for us and all 4 of our children! And it was very nicely decorated - really beautiful. The kitchen was fully stock - you could literally live here! The French press was a nice surprise for my morning coffee! Everything was very clean and comfortable. We only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the beautiful outdoor areas of the property. We hope to be back! ##### Tina S.
