We require all guests to send a form of identification (ID), preferably a drivers license, or a passport with address proof (utility bill), which is taken offline through a third party link. 10am is check-out time, we offer a 3-hour later check-out for 1pm, if this better suits your stay with us, for a small fee of £30, subject to availability. Our customer service team closes at 10pm, it is required that all verification is complete 24 hours prior to check in, upon last minute bookings we recommend doing this as soon as possible to avoid any disruption to your check in.
