\*The Ellison House Manor, a southern charmer that’s 101-years old in 2025\.   
\*Centrally located, this cozy, historic home provides families and groups safety, privacy, and quiet with five beds, two full baths, and plenty of gathering spaces.  
\*Fenced backyard features a HOT TUB and a BBQ.   
\*We honor our heritage by displaying photos and records of the original house in the living room.   
\*A block away from grocery, drug stores and restaurants.   
\*Close to downtown, UAB, & hospitals.  
\*The Ellison Manor is the full upstairs part of the Ellison house. There is a studio in the downstairs portion of the house. If there are guests in the studio they will park on the driveway. There are no shared spaces and each have own private entrance.
