There is a studio in the downstairs portion of the house. If there are guests in the studio they will park on the driveway. There are no shared spaces and each have own private entrance. This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The damage waiver is $39 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. The location is great for going to Pepper place and easy to get to great restaurants. An easy walk to Piggly Wiggly. The home is well maintained with lots of extras to make for a relaxing fun weekend. We appreciated the homey touches like extra blankets, garbage bags, K cups, games and a really cute Pac-Man game table. The hosts were great at communicating with us throughout the weekend. Highlights were the movie/game room - we were thrilled to find a large selection of board games and my kids loved the popcorn for movie night - the hot tub which we enjoyed every night, the bed in the master bedroom was super comfortable, the porch swing was a great place to relax, the neighborhood was cozy, and the grocery store, Walgreens and restaurants are a short drive away. No issues with finding parking right in front of the house. It was also nice that check out procedures were easy - just putting towels in the wash and running the dishwasher - we weren’t given a long list of chores like some other places require. The parking was tight with 2 SUVs but additional street parking wasn’t far away. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay.
