With 4 bathrooms it was never a problem with our group of 12 adults. Having two large picnic tables on the deck was great for dinners along with a table inside that seated 8\. It has more than enough bathrooms, space, and sleeping locations to accommodate large groups comfortably. The location is great, although there is no lake access on the property, it's only a short distance away. We were disappointed with the temp in the garage/game/room when we arrived. 30 Degrees and no heater. We had to purchase a heater in order to be out in game room , very cold. Property needs some upgrades and attention to details, lighting was a little dim specially in the living room and kitchen. House is in a good location for trails, but not really close to anywhere else. We had 5 couples and everyone was comfortable. Place needs updating, stove did not light, screens were missing on most of the windows, and the kitchen/ dining room was very dark.
