Only moments from the heart of the downtown action and less than 10 minutes from some of the best outlet shopping around at the Birch Run Premium Outlets. With a huge, fully fenced yard you are free to bring the pups with you as well! Watch the classic cars go by on their way into auto fest or maybe even catch a hot air balloon going over head during Balloons over Bavaria, this really is the place to be to enjoy the best of Frankenmuth. The home itself is sure to tempt you to take a day to relax from all the activity and unwind. With a fully updated kitchen and bathroom you can enjoy all the high end finishes of a hotel but with more room to stretch out and breathe. The kitchen comes stocked with all the necessary essentials to whip up a home cooked meal. We provide everything from the whisk to the salt, all you need is the ingredients and you'll be off to the races. Don’t worry about running out first thing in the morning for your coffee fix, the coffee bar has you covered! With all the essentials plus some, enjoy either just a cup or a whole pot. The open and bright living room provides the perfect space for everyone to wind down from the day or maybe enjoy a movie night all together. The downstairs bedrooms offer a king bed in one and a queen in the other. Both bedrooms downstairs receive beautiful light from dawn to dusk; however, if you'd like to sleep in all windows in both rooms have blackout shades. There are also vanities with mirrors and outlets in each room to make getting ready in the morning easy and peaceful. In the large upstairs you can look forward to a reading nook, a sitting area, two XL twin beds and a queen bed. The upstairs is a great space of its own and provides an area to have a moment to yourself or the perfect hangout spot for the kids. And don’t worry, for the late risers the upstairs windows are all outfitted with blackout shades as well. The cute and functional mud room offers a large capacity washer and dryer as well as an incline treadmill and a spare dog crate. Last but not least, the backyard is not to be overlooked. Enjoy the hard to beat Michigan summers and watch the sun go down behind the field that backs up to the yard. Please keep your well-behaved and potty-trained dog always on a 6 foot leash. If your dog is an excessive barker, this may not be the place for them. We try and keep our pet fees as low as possible, so we do ask you avoid letting your dogs on the beds, furniture, or upstairs. We also ask you always clean up after your pet outside, feel free to use the provided pet waste bags by the back door. It accommodated my family of 4, my parents, and our two dogs. My kids adored the upstairs. The kitchen was one of the best stocked in terms of appliances, cooking, storage containers, etc. We cooked/ate many meals here due to family food allergies that can make eating out hard. The pots and pans were also in excellent condition as were the towels, etc. Plenty of towels and bedding for all for the week. Beds and pillows also very comfortable. The backyard was huge for the dogs and the neighbors friendly. It's a spectacular location so close to downtown Frankenmuth and the hosts very responsive. The only small surprises were the list of rules for the dogs that weren't revealed until right before we arrived and no curtain for the front living room window. It was clean and comfortable. Delicious coffee, toiletries, and even poop bags for my dog were provided. The washer and dryer worked great, and the backyard is large and fenced in. The house was very close to Birch Run and Frankenmuth with a Meijer about 5 minutes away. We didn't even use the upstairs, but it looked cute and cozy. One last note is that there are stairs to get to the laundry room and back door. ##### Sherrie V. Totally understandable, but please put that in the listing ahead of time so a decision can be made at booking. Leaving this out until the last minute after we've planned and paid leaves us no choice. Alot of dogs are not trained to avoid furniture and beds.It's a great space, great location, and very homey feeling. Clean, huge yard, and plenty of amenities. ##### Alex A.
