The beautiful Villa Allegra was completely renovated in 2013 in the center of Binz. In the house there is a free sauna, a relaxation room and a coin operated washing machine and dryer. You can store your bikes in the lockable bike room. The villa is equipped with an elevator.  
  
Apartment 203RB15, Villa Allegra:  
Your high-quality furnished 3-room non-smoking apartment 203RB15, equipped with the latest technology, is located on the 3rd Upper floor of the house. It is approximately 84 m² in size and can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.\[nbsp\] In the spacious living area you will find a comfortable leather seating group for lingering together, a flat-screen TV, blue-ray / DVD player and free Wi-Fi access. The open-plan corner kitchen with brand built-in appliances, u. a. With a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge and coffee machine, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, you also have a large dining table with cantilever chairs. The first bedroom has a comfortable box spring bed with a spacious lying area of 2.00 mx 2.00 m and a spacious wardrobe. The second sleeping area welcomes you with a double bed (1.80mx 2.00m) and another flat-screen TV. Additional pleated blinds offer a good night's sleep in both bedrooms. The furnished south-west balcony is accessible from the living room. Both natural stone bathrooms each have a walk-in shower, toilet and vanity. A bathtub, towel dryer and a permanently installed hair dryer can be found in the daylight bathroom.\[nbsp\] A private parking lot is available free of charge directly at the house during your stay.
