The bungalows are located on a quiet and south-western slope with a view of the roofs of Binz at Zinglingstraße 15a. The fine sandy beach, the Binz beach promenade with its villas in the bathing architecture style and the center can be reached in about 6 minutes on foot. For guests who are looking for good and affordable accommodation in the popular Baltic Sea resort of Binz, this bungalow complex is just the thing. Zinglingstrasse is currently being renovated in sections up to and including October 2019\. Access is guaranteed up to 60 m by car. An alternative parking space is available.  
  
Bungalow 201RB2, Binz bungalows:  
Your 3-room non-smoking bungalow 201RB2 has a size of approx. 43 sqm and is for max. 4 people furnished. This has an adjacent terrace. Your apartment is divided into a cozy living room, a separate kitchen, two bedrooms and a daylight bathroom with vanity and shower / toilet. The living room is equipped with a dining area and a flat-screen TV, WiFi and radio. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, 2-plate ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and a small dishwasher. The master bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. The second sleeping area welcomes you with two single beds and a wardrobe. Both bedrooms also have blackout fabrics that promise a good night's sleep. In the colder season, mobile radiators are available.
