"I would like to express how deeply unsatisfied I am with my stay. On arrival the member of staff who was on the front desk seemed confused with my booking email. After 10- 15 mins of waiting I was then told that there was no hot water in the room which was being allocated to us. Idyllic beachfront hotel in the heart of El Nido
"Lovely hotel right on the beachfront with breath taking ocean views and close to everything in El Nido. Nice buffet breakfasts with nice rooms. Note this is in the no car / van zone of El Nido so a tricycle is needed at certain restricted times if you need to travel to the transport terminal. Friendly and helpful staff. They also offer transport and excursion bookings. "
