Hotel sans vie, (épidémie coronavirus et saison Des moussons). Nous devions être entre 40 et 70 clients. Malgré ce petit nombre de clients, le service était déplorable. Le personnel, qui était plus que suffisant, se trompait dans la prise des commandes (même les commandes les plus simples du style : 2 pasta du mois et 2 pizzas du mois). Nous avons reçu 3 plats sur 4 après plus de 45 minutes d’attente. En plus les plats n’arrivaient jamais ensemble. En fait nous mangions chacun notre tour à la même table 😡. Vu le peu de clients, ils avaient regroupé l’ensemble des cartes des différents restaurants dans le resto principal ( Fiesta).... C’est peut être aussi pour cela que nous attendions aussi longtemps nos plats !!!! Concernant les chambres et les espaces extérieurs , une rénovation s’impose. (Mauvaise isolation thermique (Fenêtres et portes en vous rongées par la pluie et le sel de la mer) et acoustique, rouille etc) le hall d’entrée , quant à lui est magnifique 👍. La plage près des villas est très belle, par contre celle près de la piscine ressemble à une déchèterie. Les infrastructures sportives sont là mais très mal entretenues. Le coin pour les tous petits avaient l’air très sympathique (non pratique car nous voyageons avec des ados). P En fait nous avions l’impression d’être déjà en quarantaine avant notre retour en France. The bottom of bathtub in my room was covered with old stains. The villa condition was abit old, and plenty of insects around. Our villa got a free buggy to ferry us around the resort, and since our villa is away from the reception, we have to take turns to share the buggy. Found a used tissue in between the info booklet, stains found on tables and on floor. Bed sheets are dirty, especially stained pillows Dirty bathroom floor and clumps of dusts found in the bedside lamps Never had the chance to take photos of the listed findings. Would strongly encourage the management to do a better job. The staff are very friendly and polite. The breakfast ( included in the tariff) had excellent spread. Lots of people checked in around 10am and we were lucky to get our hotel room at 11am when check in time was 3pm. Room was clean. However food was really expensive besides the free breakfast for 2 adults. Each meal for 4 of us costed about S$70\. Best food was the pizza at about S$28\. Check-out was smooth. However, the ferry returning to Singapore was so packed that some people did not get seats.
