The property has been lovingly renovated and has 3 bedrooms, 1 x large bathroom with bath, shower & toilet and a second toilet. There is plenty of parking space & multiple outside areas to entertain, or just sit and relax and enjoy the Binningup serenity. Hi speed WIFI is provided for work/pleasure. The space 3 x bedrooms made of 2 x rooms with Queen beds & the 3rd room with 2 x trio bunk (single & double bed) beds. The house comfortably fits 8 people. It has a modern fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, Nespresso Coffee machine, Italian drip coffee, oven, induction 3 burner cooktop. Outside is a Baby Q Webber BBQ & fire pit (seasonally allowed - please refer to council guidelines & bring your own firewood. Firewood can be purchased in bags locally at Caltex Myalup, Binningup General Store & Bunnings Australind.) The house is stocked with all your bare holiday essentials starter supplies. You may need to top up supplies throughout your stay if your stay is longer or group larger. The only suggestion I would have is a thicker blind/curtain in the bedrooms, as the sun comes up really early.
