### Can Bielet - Villa With Private Pool In Binissalem

These fantastic exteriors begin with the large chlorine pool, measuring 12m x 6m and with a depth of 0.9m to 2m, which is surrounded by a terrace with six sun loungers and a well-kept garden. The porch is a cool place to barbecue with friends and enjoy summer dinners. The house is surrounded by the beautiful garden where children can spend hours playing. Due to the staggered structure of the house, you will find a kitchen basically equipped with wood oven and ceramic hob, as well as a dining room on floor -1\. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are also on this floor. The ground floor is divided into a fully equipped kitchen-dining room with ceramic hob, a comfortable living room with Smart TV and access to the pool. On this floor there is a bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The first floor consists of three bedrooms with a double bed each (one of them with en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub) and a separate bathroom with bathtub. Two bedrooms also have access to a terrace, each with views of the countryside. If you are travelling with a child, we can provide a cot and a highchair. This beautiful finca is located near Binissalem, a Majorcan village famous for its wine production. A pleasant stroll through the narrow streets of the village, perhaps accompanied by a delicious dinner, will give you an insight into the essence of Mallorca. In the surrounding area there are many wine cellars offering wine tastings. In Binissalem you will find supermarkets, bars and everything you need for an independent stay. Because Binissalem is close to the Tramuntana mountains, it is ideal for hiking and cycling. The two fireplaces cannot be used. Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 27 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted. A copy of the identification document of all guests will be required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 6 cars.
