Amazing hospitality and very friendly. A few minutes after I checked in, the front desk lady who checked me in and welcomed me to the stay, called my room and asked how I liked the room. I was pleasantly shocked with their attendance! The morning breakfast was wonderful. All kitchen and dine-in staff were very pleasant and all as one team. I enjoyed my three nights stay at the Ramada Manila Central in Chinatown. I’ll definitely stay there again.

Simply the best! Best view of Manila Bay, best luxury room, best bedding, best buffet, best staff! Great location too. No need to hesitate — you’ll fall in love with the Diamond Hotel.

Overall, Service was prompt and accomodating. Rooms were tidy and bright, though the room notes may need a redesign; the placard where the room service menu and appliance instructions QR code was easily missed, and some of the appliance are in need of maintenance. Pyang and Maria from the breakfast team were a delight to see, and the pasta from Toscana was tasty. Wine list could use more by-the-glass options. Front desk is prompt, pragmatic and efficient, but needs more of the Filipino Warmth and Hospitality that we are known for worldwide. Hallways from the lifts to the room were consistently warm

It was wonderful! The staff were amazing, rooms clean, food was good, and everyone was nice. I would stay here again!
