A lovely iconic holiday house for family or friends to be able to relax in and enjoy a true Tassie holiday. The property consists of a large open plan living/dining/kitchen area, with cosy woodfire, and ceiling fans. Brand new gorgeous leather lounge suite and large flatscreen smart TV with Netflix available. On this level are three bedrooms, one bathroom, and two toilets. The master bedroom has a queen bed and great views over the ocean. The second bedroom also has water views and a queen bed, whilst the third bedroom has a double bed, and views across the small park next door. Great outdoor areas, Family size WeberQ BBQ. Fully fenced backyard for a safe area for the children to play. On the lower level you will find a games room, with table tennis table, professional gym including boxing bag, dumbbells and kettlebells. With lots of seating for the family to spend time down stairs watching the second TV and have a bit of fun. Or just send the children downstairs, and sneak out and read a book on the full length upstairs deck! PETS We are happy for you to bring your dog, and there is a large fenced backyard for them to enjoy.
