As you enter from the balcony overlooking the water take a minute to enjoy the views. Then walk into the air condition comfort where you can appreciate your accommodations and what it has to offer. The home consist of three bedrooms and two full baths. Two of bedrooms have queen sized beds and the other has a double bed. The master bedroom has a flat screen with satellite cable. The living room has a flat screen smart tv with satellite cable. The living and dining area is an open floor plan. The master bathroom, which has a stand up shower and a double sink counter top, serves the master bedroom and the second bathroom consist of a shower/tub combination and is accessed from the hallway. The rear of the home has a large balcony with outdoor seating including a table and chairs to enjoy the waterfront view and the wildlife. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, stove, dishwasher, microwave, all cookware and dining ware, traditional coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, and toaster. The backyard area has a private boat launch and dock allows fishing, crabbing and boating right off our dock; it also gives you the ability to launch your boat when you arrive and keep it in the water till you are ready to leave. Just a 15 minute boat ride to the Gulf of Mexico for sandy beaches or marsh fishing. The home also has WiFi supplied by AT&T, a Weber BBQ propane pit, a tankless hot water heater, washer/dryer and a 35 AMP RV hook up for those that wish to incorporate an RV with their stay. Property is just minutes away from all of the areas best attractions, including the Hollywood Casino/Golf course (11 min), Silver Slipper Casino (17 min), shopping and nightlife in Old Town Bay St. Louis (10 min), as well as public fishing piers and marinas, and beautiful beaches. Public boat launches are within 10 minutes of the property, i.e. Cedar Point Park (10 min), Washington Pier (10 min), Bay Marina (5 min), Silver Slipper Casino (20 min), Pass Christian Harbor (20 min) to name a few. Bay Marina (5 min) has live shrimp and bait fish. Eat, drink or have your morning coffee at the kitchen table, bistro table or on the balcony. For those who like to grill, there is a propane grill down below. This space offers a large open area with a bar/bistro table with bar stools and a table with four chairs. For those who aren’t interested in cooking, take out or dine in is available at the surrounding restaurants. Suggested restaurants/bars in the area include Field’s Steak and Oyster (10 min), Blind Tiger (10 min), 200 North Beach (10 min), Mockingbird Cafe (10 min), Butter Cup (10 min), Dawn B’s (10 min), Buoys (10 min), Tripletails (10 min), Bacchus (17 min) and Shaggy's (16 min) in Pass Christian. If you want some ones else to do the food pickup use Tiki Delivery https://www.tikidelivery.com or Waitr https://waitrapp.com land if you want someone else to do the shopping use InstaCart https://www.instacart.com or Walmart same day delivery https://www.walmart.com/cp/express-delivery/3696472. Upon entering, we found the house clean and tidy. with the temperature set to a welcoming 72\. The beds were comfortable and had a choice of pillows, the bathrooms had plenty of towels, soaps and in the kitchen, there was no shortage of plates, utensils and usual condiments.The upper deck area has enough seating for 6 people and a nice roll down shade to keep the sun out in the mornings. There is also a gate at the top of the stairs to protect the kids from the stairs. The ground floor is well laid out, with a nice gas grill and plenty of seating for the whole gang. Having the boat launch was wonderful, but it is VERY steep. If you're launching a boat, I would caution you to watch the water level in the canal. Any boat/trailer over 17' will be a challenge. On the plus side of that, is that the launch is wide enough to accommodate an 7' wide trailer with room to spare. To wrap this up, Frederick was a wonderful host, prompt responses and happy to accommodate any requests. This house is now on our "return" list... Again, 5 stars. John, ##### John L. We put the boat in the water as soon as we arrived and enjoyed a ride down to the Bay St. Louis Marina. The mornings and evenings were spent on the porch or deck by the water. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t as nice as rental. We will definitely be back to enjoy. The host was very accommodating and easy to contact!!! ##### Edward S. Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Camp has easy access by boat to Jordan river and the bay. Nearby Marina is convenient for fuel and supplies. We enjoyed having the river close by and the porches were great to hang out. Construction was a little loud; all beds were missing bed side tables but the ease of early check in was a big plus. Did not like being forced into a damage protection insurance policy or a huge security deposit. I still say the whole experience of Bay St. Louis, the chartered fishing trip, the food and the friends made this a great trip. ##### carol r. We brought kayaks and had a charter boat pick us up at the dock when we fished.
