The Gulf Breeze Depot (a Three Live Oaks property) is located in a quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance to the beach. The home is next to the train tracks but we don't think you will mind. We have used solid foam insulation and sound deadening windows to make this a quiet home. You can hear the trains but you don't have to turn up your t.v. or stop talking when they go by. Most of our guests enjoy the close proximity as they can watch the trains go by from the large picture window in the dining room or you can see them from the living room window while relaxing on the sofa.
We have an extra large porch perfect for spending time with friends and family. The kids will have fun counting the train cars as they go by.

We have an in ground swimming pool with a large deck area with plenty of seating. The pool is 4 1/2 - 5 feet dep to make it perfect for playing volleyball/games or swimming. This is not a diving pool.The professional tropical landscaping makes it feel like your own private resort There is a fence separating the pool area from the rest of the yard. The pool will be open March 1- October 15th. It may open sooner and close later but I will only promise these dates. Our closing dates are approximate depending on the weather.
There is a 24'x24' two car garage and driveway entrance from 3rd Street and additional parking when you enter from the alley.

Upon arrival you are impressed with the exterior and then you get to walk inside and get amazed with the interior. We have bead board ceilings with a vaulted ceiling in the living room. The living room furniture is custom ordered from Bassett Furniture. Relax on the sectional sofa, chairs or the 'sleeper car'. What is a sleeper car? We made a bonus sleeping area in the living room inspired from the 'sleeper cars' inside of trains. It is hid behind curtains, once you open them, crawl into the nook and rest on the twin size mattress. Perfect for some quiet time for reading or napping. It is situated where you can watch the large 60 inch tv from bed. Kid tested and loved.
Be sure and bring your Netflix login information as each t.v. is Netflix ready!

The bedrooms are all coastal themes and have ceiling fans. Three bedrooms each with a flat panel. The big bonus is the attached bathrooms for every bedroom. Even the 'sleeper car' guests get a bathroom of their own. Yes, you counted right, we have 4 full baths! The gas tankless hot water heater keeps everyone in hot showers. The bathrooms each have their own tile design.
The kitchen is well equipped. The kitchen island seats three. The kitchen table seats 6. There is a 42' flat panel tv for the kitchen/dining room to share. We added two club chairs for added comfort while hanging out there.

The laundry room is right off the dining room making it easy to fold your laundry on the kitchen table. The washer and dryer are front loading extra large capacity. Please bring your own laundry supplies for HE front loading washer and dryer
