Room AC did not work amongst other issues

AC did not work and repair guy could not fix. TV was on satillite and could not even pick up most channels. Bathroom door was on a slide roller. It couldn't move more than an inch or two without coming off the track.

Pros: comfortable beds.
Cons: Their could be help with luggage to the room or checkout but u have to do it yourself .More shuttle svc to activities, and options to pick from. .
Location: casinos were close , not walking distance, beach also close.
Very friendly hotel staff. The on site restaurant was small not a lot of choices and expensive. We had to have our room keys rekeyed twice without a problem at the front desk .I would have picked another hotel to stay and pay the difference for more options since we were on vacation.

Lacking for Sheraton

Location: Ocean Springs, Art Museums, Beaches
Front desk personnel less than friendly. Room lacked microwave oven. Vending machine delivered wrong drink...took money on second try. Restaurant service & food not very good. Trash on ground in pool area. 2 of 8 hot tub jets worked. Bill was incorrect at checkout. Bad attitude and 25 minutes to correct. Expected better from Sheraton, especially at this room rate.

Nice hotel without the casino price.

Pros: Spacious rooms, large pool, large bathroom, nice atmosphere.
Cons: The heat in the hallways was not good. No fan in the bathroom that we could find.
Location: Biloxi, Ms. White sand beaches, MGM ballpark next door. Amusement center for the kids. Casinos nearby.
We really enjoyed our stay here. We didn't have any complaints except for the heat in the hallways and no working fan in the bathroom. The room was clean and spacious, 2 queens. We asked for a gulfside room and got one on the 5th floor in the middle of the hotel. We weren't able to walk across the street and go swimming due to the highway that curves around and goes out over the beach. But could walk down a little ways and be able to. The pool is large and has plenty of room for several people and it was clean and they provide nice big towels poolside. Very large patio area. No hallway noises in the mornings. Outside street noises were minimal. The hotel has a nice atmosphere. Restaurant on property.

Updated Finishes and Friendly Staff

I spent four nights at this hotel while in the area on business, and found the experience to be very pleasant. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, as were the staff at GT's, the in-house restaurant/bar. The room was updated and the furnishings were of good quality. My room had a microwave and mini-refrigerator as well. The grounds were well kept and the facility was very clean. Proximity to the beach, local baseball stadium, casinos and downtown area are very positive features. I am returning to the area for work soon and have already booked my next stay at this hotel.

The hotel was nice and comfortable and the food was really good too. We walked to the beach which is directly across the street. A few negatives, I requested a refrigerator and microwave but didn't get the microwave. At checkin, the toilet wasn't as clean as I would have preferred and the room got really hot over night. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again!

The hotel was very nice inside and well furnished and decorated. However, I did notice trash in the hallways sometimes and no one cleared trash away from the pool dining area for hours. It took so long to wait for someone to come to my table in the restaurant and for me to get the food that it almost wasn't worth it. Then I noticed that there was always only one staff member for the entire bar and restaurant AND they also were running room service. Since I booked through Expedia, most of my complaints are about Expedia and not the hotel. I had a terrible view of the dirty concrete area where staff took their break and of the parking lot. I was supposed to have a "deluxe" room according to Expedia, who told me it was a city view. But when I asked the hotel after booking, they said their deluxe rooms are all gulf view. So basically I paid the deluxe price for a non deluxe room. Another thing you have to watch out for when booking on the app is that the cancellation policies are hard to find. This hotel does not offer refunds at all unless you cancel within the hour after you book it, and even then you're only refunded half the total price you paid. The fact that this three star hotel didn't have refrigerators or microwaves in the room either was a huge disappointment.
