Upon arrival there was a noticeable smell (we just purchased an odor eliminating air freshener to cover). The bunk house had a musty off-putting smell, so we opted not to use it. We didn't use the hot tub as we couldn't figure out how to turn it on/off. It is a no outlet street that is very busy. The traffic greatly exceeded the 20mph speed limit. We also encountered a gentleman on a golf cart who went by us then turned around and came back with his camera pointing at us. Assuming he was taking pictures or a video. When doing the required load of laundry before departure the washing machine seemed to be stuck in the rinse/spin cycle (we started it at 6:00am and it wasn't done at 8:00 am). Needs a little TLC and updating and it would be excellent. The beds were very comfortable. It was very clean. All the mechanicals were in good working order. The only negative thing I can say about the mechanicals was that the on demand water heater makes a lot of noise when it kicks on. The bunkhouse was a bit stuffy when we first got there - but we opened the doors and aired it out and it was ok.Host did respond to an issue with the Wi Fi in a somewhat timely manner. The heat would constantly surge on and off when using the shower, forcing a dance to avoid water that was ice cold when it surged off. Heater sounded like a leaf blower when running. Jul 13, 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### A Good Time This trip was for my family and my sisters family to get away from everyday struggles. We had 13 people and we had plenty of room. We loved the outdoor patio and the pond. We were out far enough to enjoy the country life but close enough to to go to the beaches or restaurants and even shopping malls.
