Hotel just seemed a bit out dated. But most importantly I think if unprofessional to have a sign asking for a specific rating. I understand to strive for the best but telling visitors that an 8 isn’t good enough when the property is subpar.

For the price it was horrible. I picked this hotel because i wanted a indoor pool so my elderly mother could swim. We checked in and we walked pass the pool that looked nice but was informed it was not heated. They were waiting on a part. The room was okay but the shower curtain was dirty and the bath tub floor was slippery. We spent the next day out of the room and when we returned the room was not serviced. When I questioned this they said we had to ask for that as well as new towels. Was a very disappointing stay.

HORRIBLE STAY
Noise like something hitting against the building, the planes, the rust on the silver plate and surrounding area on the tub. The tv giving the wrong info for the programs. Saying on show but showing something else. No hot water around 4pm. My last night I tried until about seven. I tried at midnight and it was fine. My most disappointing event occurred on 9/27/23. I got back to the room. It had been cleaned. I was using the bathroom and someone was trying to come in my room. Not by knocking but using a key. THANK GOD I HAD THE LATCH ON!! I WAS USING THE BATHROOM. I SHOUTED SOMEONE IS IN HERE!! THEY SAID IM SORRY AND LEFT. WHEN I FINISHED I WENT IN THE HALL. THE PERSON SAID IM SORRY JUST CHECKING. I WENT BACK TO MY ROOM. NOW WHAT ARE YOU CHECKING FOR? THE ROOM HAD BEEN CLEANED. WHERE IS YOUR PAPERWORK FROM THE PERSON WHO CLEANED THE ROOM SAYING THEY CLEANED IT? WHERE IS YOUR CHECKLIST SHOWING WHAT ROOMS WHERE CLEANED THAT DAY. WHY ARE YOU COMING BACK AND NOT KNOCKING?? I HAD PACKAGES ON THE BED. WHERE YOU COMING BACK FOR THEM:. I DON'T THINK I WILL BE BACK TO YOUR HOTEL.

Entering the lobby smelled very good,Entering the room smells terrible maybe the old carpet,needs pillows on the bed very bad,microwave on top of the fridge with no plug to use it,had to place it on the ironing board by the window where there was a plug,please find a solution to correct these problems, overall it was ok..pricing

I have to say the ladies in the front desk are sweet, accommodating, helpful, and take care of their guests especially Nana. I found the service 5 stars and the free breakfast satisfying. I will definitely return due to the amazing service and location. The beds we’re comfortable. However, the rooms could benefit from a deep cleaning.

The check in process was very slow. It took me over an hour to get checked in. There was four people ahead of me and about three after me. There was only one person working the front desk. After the third person was waited on, then a second staff member came out to help with the check in process. The elevator broke on Saturday while I was away. Another guest told me it was broken. I have bad knees and was on the third floor, so I asked the front desk when the elevator would be repaired. She said it was working, so I explained that I got in and tried to use it, but nothing happened. She said they forgot to turn it on. The breakfast was very good and the people was very friendly. In the hall by the ice machine, there was trash piled up in a corner which concerned me at first, but then I realized they were still cleaning rooms. My shower door did not have a sealed closure which made water run out onto the floor even though I had a towel there. There was no body wash or hair conditioner. The shampoo was almost empty. When I used the towel to dry the floor, I noticed it was black. Looks like the floor had not been mopped in some time. The room looked clean, but I wonder how well they actually cleaned it after the towel incident. Is there a checklist that the cleaning crew have to go through and is there a supervisor that checks behind them to ensure cleanliness. On a good note, the other guests and staff members were very friendly. The night hours was very quite, no noise at all.

Need some work and control over teen guests
Check in was very pleasant. The room itself was nice and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom however had no hair dryer on the wall, just holes where it used to be. I went to the front desk and asked if they had one and her response was, “we don’t have any because of damage done from Black Spring Break.” The bottom of the toilet had not been cleaned. There was old dried urine around the bottom of the toilet and the wall was deteriorating beside the bathtub. The lobby was so loud! There must’ve been 15-20 young teenagers hanging out and they were loud in the halls and the rooms above us. We didn’t eat breakfast because what they left looked old and not fresh. Glad we were only there from 10 p.m. until 9:00 a.m. This us the third time I’ve stayed here and the first time I’ve encountered any issues. I hope this get fixed! $166 is a lot to stay somewhere that isn’t worth it.
