Call to book.\*\*\*\* The living room has a sleeper sofa, smart tv and sliding glass doors to the balcony. The dining room table will seat 6 and an additional two seats at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, utensils, pans and dishes. Appliances include a toaster, Keurig coffee maker (pods or ground), microwave, refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher. You can also find beautiful granite countertops and dish disposal in the kitchen with plenty of counter space. The unit has a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. An ironing board and iron is also available. Amenities include private balcony, two saltwater pools; one is heated in the winter months. A fitness center with two saunas is also located on the second floor. You can also find BBQ pits and picnic tables on the beach behind the complex. Cable TV; high speed internet Attractions nearby include casinos, a variety of restaurants, golfing, fishing, shopping, museums, and an art gallery. SPECIAL NOTES: The unit will be supplied with a stater of soap bars, shampoo, conditioner, a couple of laundry pods, dish detergent, trash bags for each trash dispenser, paper towels and toilet paper to get you through your first 24 hour stay. Guest must be a minimum age of 25 to rent the property. The guest's name on the reservation must be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved time period. Guest must also provide a state issued photo ID matching the name on the credit card used for payment. NO SMOKING in the unit or on the balcony. One covered parking space and a common parking area for your second vehicle if needed. NO PETS allowed. YOU WILL BE INSTRUCTED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY IF PETS ARE FOUND IN THE UNIT AND THERE WILL BE NO REFUND. \*Resort Fee is set by the complex, which is $75.00 per reservation. There are a few maintenance items that need to be addressed in the condo, like the broken water dispenser on the fridge, several outlets throughout the condo, and the ceiling fan that does not work in the front bedroom. The view of the ocean from the master bedroom is gorgeous but the curtains do not sufficiently block the light from the pool lights that are kept on all night. It makes it hard to sleep. Unfortunately the condo next door has or allows pets because we listened to a dog yip constantly during our stay. Overall, the condo was nice and we had a good week there. ##### Ashley S. I was in town for a competition, and the schedule unexpectedly changed, and she was so accommodating with allowing us to check in early AND check out late. Thoughtfulness: the small things matter to me, the welcome basket with a few small munchies, it was a great touch. Cleanliness: unfortunately, we ran into some issues. When we arrived,it didnt look cleaned (debris in the kitchen sink, ice cream bar in the freezer, and brown stains on sheets, and the floors needed to be vacuumed). When I reached out, it was addressed immediately, and I was told that the cleaners were not made aware that I was checking in early, so they had not cleaned the property. I cringe to think about how my family would have laid on unclean sheets had the stains not been there that alerted us that we needed clean sheets. Upkeep needs some help: in the master bedroom there were lots of stains on the carpet, one that was extremely large, and brown, the knob on the washing machine was broken, the ice/water dispenser on the fridge was broken, and the sofa needed to be deep cleaned. ##### LaTanya M. We had small issue with one toilet that was quickly remedied. The communication was excellent. We had very nice and pleasant stay. Ms Lesslie was on top of everything and pleasant in every way.
